Bob’s path into the trades was a natural one. Raised in a family of builders, he learned the craft firsthand, earning his apprenticeship and honing his skills on projects across Vancouver Island. In 2000, driven by a desire to build something of his own and provide for his growing family, Bob launched South Island Drywall independently—focused on craftsmanship, integrity, and building a reputation through hard work rather than shortcuts.

Today, South Island Drywall is a trusted interior finishing partner for homeowners, builders, and developers throughout the region. With a skilled team and the capacity to handle everything from single homes to large developments, the company remains intentionally hands-on.
